Purunity products are provided on a subscription basis,where you pay monthly subscription fees to continue using the service.
Purunity’s subscription price is inclusive of unlimited warranty and periodic filter replacement. Should you have any technical issues, our team provide immediate assistance. We guarantee a product replacement if there is any technical issue that our technicians can’t fix.
We visit you every six months for the filter replacement. In our visits we also do a general review on our products to ensure service quality.
Purunity products use the leading Korean technology and include specific features to address requirements in the UAE. You can refer to individual products pages in our website to have more information on the underlying technology.
We prefer having a long-term engagement with our customers therefore do not employ a one-off sales model. We like being one phone away should you have any issues with our products or service.

We provide our customers with a 7 days trial period, where you can try our products and return if you are not satisfied with the quality. Your billing starts should you decide to continue using our service.
We work with Telr, the leading payment gateway service provider across the GCC region. Telr charges your debit / credit cards automatically each month while you are using our service. A confirmation e-mail is sent to you within 24 hours of each payment receipt.
You can cancel your subscription anytime with a 2-month notice period. Cancellations within 18 months are subject a dismantling fee. As our service is offered on a subscription basis and can be cancelled anytime, a refund policy doesn’t apply to the monthly bills. During the subscription period, you are covered by an unlimited warranty should there is any defect on Purunity’s products.
